We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please call us at 631-608-0194 or email us at customerservice@cottagegifthouse.com for a return authorization number. Your returned item must be in new condition and in the original packing materials along with any manuals that came with the item. If these requirements are met a credit towards your purchase price, minus Shipping and Handling will be applied to your credit card, or if you paid by check, you will receive a refund check in the mail minus Shipping and Handling . You will also be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. It is strongly suggested that you insure your return in order to protect yourself against loss or damage. Should this unfortunately occur, you must notify the shipper and file a claim with them as we are not responsible for loss or damage on items sent back to us.
If your order was received damaged or if there were items missing from your order, you must notify us within 3 days either by calling us at 1-631-608-0194 or sending us an email at customerservice@cottagegifthouse.com Missing items will be re -ordered and sent out to you, provided the items are in stock. If they are not in stock, you will then be issued a refund for all charges including shipping and handling for the missing item. If the item is received damaged you will have the option or receiving a replacement minus shipping and handling or you can receive a refund. You must, in any event either call us at 1-631-608-0194 or email us at customerservice@cottagegifthouse.com within 3 days. Failure to do so may affect your refund. So please make sure you call us or email us within that 3 day time frame.
If you do not receive your order within the 7 to 10 day delivery time frame, call us at 1-631-608-0194 or email us at customerservice@cottagegifthouse.com so that we may initiate a trace on your package.
We hope that none of the above ever happens. We take the utmost care in packing and shipping your order but sometimes along the way things happen. Please be assured that we will work very closely with you to rectify any situation which may occur.
